How do I change my forum subscription preferences?
When you are subscribed to a forum on this website, you will receive an automated email for each discussion thread posted to the forum. You can either unsubscribe from that forum or change your subcription preferences to receive a daily digest which contains a summary of forum posts from each day.
If you would like to change your forum subscription preferences, you can do so at any time by editing your personal profile.To edit your profile, click on the ‘Edit my profile’ link which is located in the user profile block on the right hand side of the screen. Once clicked, a list of profile fields will be displayed. In the ‘General’ section, you will see fields for ‘Email digest type’ and ‘Forum auto-subscribe’. To change your ‘Email digest type’ settings, click on the drop down menu box and you will be provided with three options:
(1) No digest (single email per forum post)
(2) Complete (daily email with full posts)
(3) subjects (daily email with subjects only)
When you have selected an option, click ‘Update profile’ at the bottom of the page.
To change your forum auto-subscription options, scroll down to ‘Forum auto-subscribe’ and click on the drop down menu box and you will be provided with two options:
(1) Yes: when I post, subscribe me to that forum
(2) No: don’t automatically subscribe me to forums.
When you have selected an option, click ‘Update profile’ at the bottom of the page.
